Alaska Instant Milky Ramen

Simpleng instant mami na sure na sure na hit sa mga suki tuwing malamig-lamig ang panahon — dahil ito’y pinasarap at pina-milky ng Alaska Evap!

Ingredients
10 packs instant mami noodles
17 1/2 cups water
1 can Alaska Evaporada (370ml)
10 pcs eggs (medium)
10 tsps chopped spring onions
Add ons (optional)
1 1/2 tbsps oyster sauce
2 1/2 tsps sesame oil
2 1/2 tsps chili oil
1 1/4 cups carrot strips
1 1/4 cups bean sprouts
Directions
For soup:
In a pot, mix water, instant mami noodle seasoning mix, and ALASKA EVAPORADA. Heat until boiling. Set aside.
For dry ingredients:
Cook instant mami noodles (without seasoning mix) according to package instructions. Set aside.
Cook eggs according to preference. Chop each one into two halves. Set aside.
Dice spring onions. Set aside.
For optional toppings like carrots, togue, or fish balls, you can cook it together with the soup.
Assembly:
For one serving, divide all ingredients and pour into a bowl (for dine-in) or plastic (for take-out). Add warm soup.
