Ingredients
2 eggs
1⁄2 cup BEAR BRAND® Fortified Powdered Milk Drink

1⁄2 cup water
1⁄4 tsp salt
6 slices day-old bread
2 tbsp butter for greasing
Strawberry syrup or chocolate syrup
Directions
Mix egg, BEAR BRAND® Fortified Powdered Milk Drink, water and salt. Whisk to combine well and until milk is dissolved.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture and set it aside.
Grease the griddle or skillet with melted butter then fry the bread until the color turns golden brown on both sides. You may sprinkle confetioner's sugar or drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
