A versatile dish that gets most of its flavor through boiling any of your favorite vegetables. Truly one of the healthiest Filipino dishes!

Ingredients
8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap® - sachet
garlic, minced - 1 piece
thumb-sized ginger, cut into strips
small onion, chopped - 1 piece
tomato, chopped - 2 pcs.
Bagoong Isda - 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
Water - 4 cups
cubed kalabasa - 1/2 cup
cubed kamote - 1/2 cup
eggplant, sliced - 1 piece
sliced ampalaya - 1/2 cup
Sliced Okra - 1/2 cup
sliced sitaw - 1/2 cup
fried bangus steaks - 3 pcs
picked malunggay leaves - 1/2 cup
Directions
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, tomato and bagoong in oil in a pot.
Add water, kalabasa, kamote, eggplant, amapalaya, okra and sitaw.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in bangus and malunggay.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
