Ingredients
50 grams CDO Karne Norte Classic

CDO Karne Norte Classic 260g

CDO Karne Norte Classic 100g

CDO Karne Norte Classic 175g

CDO Karne Norte Classic 150g
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
2 tbsps. onions, minced
1 cup fresh milk
3 cups Danes Classic Cheese, grated

Danes Cheese 165g
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a sauce pan, sauté onions and CDO Karne Norte.
Stir in fresh milk, half of the Danes Classic Cheese, and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer.
Toss macaroni into the sauce. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining Danes Classic Cheese and parsley. Serve hot.
