It is common to have longganisa with rice, and often for breakfast. This pasta recipe is a different take on the longganisa, mixed with pasta, cream and tomato.

1 pack Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream 135ml

Alaska Crema All Purpose Cream 250ml

Dari Creme Classic 100g
1/2 kg cooked penne noodles
2 tsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, sliced
2 pcs medium sized tomatoes, cut in cubes
3 pcs big garlic longganisa, removed from casing and minced
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet, saute onion, garlic and tomatoes in hot oil. Cook until just softened. Add in the minced logganisa and cook until brown and oil starts to render. Add in fish sauce, vinegar and water. Shortly simmer, then pour in Alaska Crema all-porpuse cream and mix to combined. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Toss in the penne noodles. Mix until all the noodles are coated with the sauce. Turn off the heat and transfer to plate. Top with chill flakes for spicy kick. Serve hot.
