Crispy Burger patties with a rich creamy twist
Ingredients
2pcs CDO Crispy Burger
60 grams Knorr Cream and Corn (any available)
1 medium sized carrot, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 ½ cups water (any available)
Directions
Pan-fry CDO Crispy Burger patties for 3-4 minutes. Flip occasionally until golden on each side. Then, set aside.
Make the ala king sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan. Add the cooking oil.
Once the butter mixture gets hot, add the carrot. Saute for 1 1/2 minutes.
Combine Knorr Cream (chicken), corn and water. Stir until well blended. Pour the mixture into the saucepan.
Continue the cooking while stirring until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Pour the sauce over CDO Crispy Burger and serve with rice.
