1 pound Macaroni
3/4 cup EDEN MELT SARAP, shredded
1 pound Ground Beef (any available)
1 pc. Beef Brooth Cube
1 pc. Red Bell Pepper (small), chopped (any available)
1 pc. Green Bell Pepper (small), chopped (any available)
1 pc. Yellow Onion (small), cubed (any available)
3 cloves Garlic, crushed and chopped (any available)
1 pound Tomato Sauce
Salt and Ground Pepper to taste (any available)
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Directions
Cook the pasta. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pot and cook the tomato meat sauce.
Saute garlic, onion and bell peppers for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef. Continue cooking until beef is brown.
Stir in the broth cube.
Pour the cooked tomato sauce in the pot, stir and boil.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Place Macaroni in a mixing bowl. Pour the meat sauce in and mix well. Add some shredded EDEN MELTSARAP CHEESE.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Serve.
