1 cup Eden Original, cubed
1/2 Beef Round, cut into serving pieces
1/4 Vinegar
10 pcs. Peppercorn, crushed
1 tsp. Salt
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Cooking oil
1 cup Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
2 cups Beef stock
1 cup Red and Green bell paper, cut into strips
1 pc. Bay leaf
1/2 cup Liver spread
Directions
Marinate the beef in the mixture of vinegar, peppercor, salt, and garlic for 2 hours.
Fry the beef in cooking oil. Add onions and saute until tender.
Pour in tomato sauce and beef stock. Add red and green peppers and a bay leaf. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
Blend in the liver spread and Eden Cheese cubes. Cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
