2 tsps Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic ( Minced)
2 tsps Water
2 tsps Sesame Seed (Toasted)
1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
2 tsps Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Gochujang
MAIN DISH:
2 cans Highlands Corned Beef korean BBQ 150g
2 cups Cooked Rice
1 tsp Ginger (minced)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Sesame Seed (Toasted)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
SIDES:
1/4 cup Zucchini (strips)
1/4 cup Carrot (strips)
1/4 cup Shitake Mushroom (sliced)
1/4 cup Spinach
Directions
Sauce:
In a bowl Put 2 TSPS Sesame oil, 1 TSP Garlic, 2 TSPS water, 2 TSPS Sesame seed, 1/2 TSP Rice vinegar, 2 TSPS Brown Sugar, 1 TBSP Gochujang then Mix them well then set a side.
Main Dish:
In a hot pan put 2 Highlands Corned Beef Korean BBQ Style 150g then toss it for a minute or 2 then put 1 TSP Ginger, 1 TSP Garlic, 1 TSP Sesame seed , and last Sesame oil. Saute it for 3 to 5 mins then set a side.
A dash of sesame oil in a hot pan saute the sides individually for about 2 to 3 minutes then ready for plating!
