½ cup Mang Tomas all-around sarsa

Mang Tomas All Around Sarsa 325g

½ cup Datu Puti soy sauce
¼ cup calamansi juice (any available)
½ cup lemon or lime soda (any available)
2 Tbsp garlic, minced (any available)
1 pc onion, chopped (any available)
1 Tbsp ginger, chopped (any available)
Directions
Marinate chicken overnight in the refrigerator. Drain, reserve marinade.
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Combine salt, pepper, and oil. Rub the chicken with this mixture. Stuff with tanglad. Add reserved marinade.
Place chicken on a pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked, turning halfway.
Combine ingredients for sauce and drippings. Simmer until thick. Serve as gravy to the chicken.
