2 cups (500 mL) sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (180 degrees c). In a 13x9 inch (33x23 cm) pan, spray cooking or
Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate in a large bowl until combined.
Chop 1 cup (250 ml) of oreo cookies and mix with the batter. Spread them into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining chopped cookies.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with no fudgy crumbs. Cool before slicing into squares.
