INGREDIENTS:
TENDER JUICY HOTDOG BALLS
FOR PUFF PASTRY :
3/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
PINCH TSP SALT
7 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER
1/4 CUP ICE WATER
Directions
Make the pastry: In large bowl.mix flour and salt with until comined. Grate the cold butter into flour mixture. Pour in cold water 1tsp at a time and stir with a fork until it comes together.
Refrigirate up to 1 hour or overnight.
Cut the dough in half and set one of the halves aside. (the other half can be used to make a second batch of hotdog balls or it can be warapped up and frozen for up to 3 months.!)
Flatten and fold the dough and lay the hotdog on top and fold the dough over.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 mins. until crust is brown
Serve with your favorite dip!
