Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredients
250 g spaghetti noodles, cooked per package directions
1 Tbsp Golden Fiesta canola oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (180 g) tuna flakes in oil
1 can (198 g) UFC mushroom, pieces and stem, drained (reserve stock)
1 pouch (250 g) UFC sweet Filipino-style spaghetti sauce
Ground pepper, to taste
Grated cheese, as needed
Directions
250 g spaghetti noodles, cooked per package directions

1 can (180 g) tuna flakes in oil
1 can (198 g) UFC mushroom, pieces and stem, drained (reserve stock)
1 pouch (250 g) UFC sweet Filipino-style spaghetti sauce
UFC Ground pepper, to taste
Grated cheese, as needed
Procedure:
Sauté garlic. Add tuna including oil and mushroom, cook for 3 minutes.
Add spaghetti sauce, mushroom stock, some grated cheese and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour over cooked pasta. Top with cheese. Serve.
