Egg omelette , cooked hotdog and ham
Giniling:
1 tsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, minced
¼ kg pork giniling
1 cup water
1 pc potato, diced
100g UFC BANANA CATSUP
Salt and pepper
Carrot, diced (optional)
Green peas (optional)
Java Rice:
2 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup UFC Banana Catsup
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Directions
Giniling
On a pre-heated pan, sauté garlic and onion.
Add pork giniling and cook until light brown
Pour water and bring to a boil
Add UFC BANANA CATSUP, stir well and let it simmer
Add diced potatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Season with salt and pepper. For more flavour and color, add green peas and diced carrots.
Java Rice
Heat margarine and Golden Fiesta Oil . Saute garlic until light brown. Add UFC Banana Catsup. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add rice . Toss to blend well. Cook for another 5 minutes . Serve with toppings if desired.
