1 pack (1 kg) spaghetti noodles , cooked per package directions
2 Tbsp butter/ margarine (divided), melted
1 pc onion, chopped (any available)
1 Tbsp minced garlic (any available)
1-1/2 cups sliced hotdog
½ cup UFC Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
1/2 kg ground beef
2 kg Spaghetti Sauce
½ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
½ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
2 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Canola Oil
½ cup grated cheese
Directions
Toss half of butter with cooked spaghetti. Keep warm.
Heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil and remaining butter. Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add hotdog, UFC Mushrooms and beef. Saute for another 10-15 minutes.
Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, UFC Salt and UFC Pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over pasta. Top with grated cheese.
