2 scoops Selecta Super Thick Classic Vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
Marshmallows, torched
Chocolate syrup (any available)
6-10 pieces brownies, cubed
Directions
Scoop Selecta Super Thick Classic Vanilla ice cream into a glass.
Add the brownie cubes, then the crushed grahams, before adding another scoop of ice cream.
To prepare the mallows, place 1.2 cup of mini mallows in a bake-safe pan and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, or use a culinary torch to brown the mallows. Use the mallows as topping for the sundae.
Drizzle the s'mores sundae with chocolate syrup to serve.
