Bring out the campfire vibes with this easy S'mores float! Layers of creamy Selecta Super Thick Classic Vanilla, chocolatey brownies, grahams, and toasted marshmallows will leave you wanting some more, for sure
Ingredients
2 scoops Selecta Super Thick Classic Vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
Marshmallows, torched
Chocolate syrup (any available)
6-10 pieces brownies, cubed

Directions
Scoop Selecta Super Thick Classic Vanilla ice cream into a glass.
Add the brownie cubes, then the crushed grahams, before adding another scoop of ice cream.
To prepare the mallows, place 1.2 cup of mini mallows in a bake-safe pan and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, or use a culinary torch to brown the mallows. Use the mallows as topping for the sundae.
Drizzle the s'mores sundae with chocolate syrup to serve.
